# Fabric Manager Overview

The MetalSoft Fabric Manager is a distinct operating mode of the MetalSoft software stack that focuses only on the network aspects.

It can handle both site as well as campus environments providing deployment and monitoring services for a multitude of supported hardware platforms.

Supported platforms (on version 6.0 and up):
* Dell OS 10
* Dell Enterprise SONiC  4.x
* Cisco Nexus 9k series switches
* Cisco ACI 
* Juniper JunOS
* Cumulus
* Arista EOS
