Enable remote syslog forwarding on the network device

Synopsis

Enable remote syslog forwarding on the network device to send system logs and events to a centralized syslog server. This helps with centralized monitoring and troubleshooting.

The device will be configured to forward its system logs, including:

Arguments: network_device_id The unique identifier of the network device
