metalcloud-cli bucket delete¶
Delete a bucket and all its contents
Synopsis¶
Permanently delete a bucket and all its contents from the specified infrastructure.
This command removes a bucket and all objects stored within it. This operation is irreversible and will permanently destroy all data in the bucket. Use with caution in production environments.
Required Arguments: infrastructure_id_or_label The ID or label of the infrastructure containing the bucket bucket_id The unique identifier of the bucket to delete
Examples:
Delete bucket with ID 42 from infrastructure 100¶
metalcloud-cli bucket delete 100 42
Delete bucket using infrastructure label¶
metalcloud-cli bucket delete production bucket-abc123
Remove bucket using alias¶
metalcloud-cli bucket rm staging my-bucket-id
metalcloud-cli bucket delete infrastructure_id_or_label bucket_id [flags]
